Poor service

Looks like the company's business is just selling cards, not service. When I have problems exchanging a gift card because the selected activity is not available for technical reasons, it is not possible to contact the seller. Calls are answered by a kind answering machine. There were 5 calls made during the week - none of them were called back as promised.
