I bought a coupon from kumi.ca, which promised a 1.5-2 h long procedure - bio-hair coloring, stylish haircut and styling. First of all, it must be said that my procedure was postponed, well, but promised to be included in two hours. When I entered the salon (if it can be called that), I was immediately told that I would have to pay CAD 5. I was confused. While one of my "masters" flicked my hair, I thoroughly researched the terms in the coupon. Indeed - there was a point that if the length of the hair is over the shoulders or if there is very thick hair, I have to pay USD 5. I have very fine hair and barely reached the shoulders. I insisted on my own - that according to the terms of the coupon I do not have to pay anything extra. Okay, then the hair coloring continued - I settled on the hair for at least an hour. I ask why so longto which I replied that the color was faint for better coloring. So I sat like a fool, in the meantime at least three people were depressed. When it was finally my turn, the "master" was different again. I have to say only the best about him - a real tool that works without breaks and has a stomach all the time. Hat off! Unfortunately, I was not satisfied with the color in the end, I can do with the cut, but I sat for two and a half hours within the promised two hours.
