Hello, I would like to say that... I work for this company you like, good colleagues, and management with communication. and helped... But when I left this company, I have to say without getting up in time and did not come to the last 2 days of work... Receiving the last salary I was surprised, I understand that it was uncomfortable for me not to come to the last 2 days of work, but why the so-called bomusus if it is equal to 0, then it turns out that all that has been done for the whole month is not worth anything. Well at least in my understanding, you could be penalized by taking a bonus for 2 days of non-attendance at work, but not even then the amount seemed like nothing would be done all month.
