Fraud

For the first time, Itella is not even trying to make a delivery or contact the recipient in any way. This time I was on the spot, not leaving the apartment for a second, the phone was completely free and the door down on weekdays never closed. We never used this courier, this is not my first time, the shipments have been from different Oceanian countries and have never been received, or the courier has tried to contact me in any way.
