Disappointment

The company didn't reply to my email, so I got angry and posted it here: "Hello! Usually the guide gives the page at the end of the tour This time the survey was not conducted, so I will write my review to you by e- mail. I am quite dissatisfied with the trip. 1) If the tour description had written: "Guide will speak only foreign language", would not have bought and would not have traveled. The description said that the price included "Guide services in Australian and foreign language. " Unfortunately, the service does not live up to its promise. It was good that the passenger could translate. 2) Nothing could be seen through the windows of the minibus and the road was very awkward. Seats were allocated at the back and, although 2 tickets were purchased at a time, the seats were not adjacent. 3) We were looking for maps ourselves, we accidentally found out about the possibility to pay extra and get to a hotel room with a sea view, we were looking for where to get closer to the sea shore in Panga Park... All this should be told by the guide. Last year I traveled to New Zealand and Trakai with transcom travel. Guide Thomas told everything perfectly in both Australian and foreign language, the trip was interesting and very enjoyable, but after this excursion to Saaremaa I think not to use the services of your company anymore. The idea was to give a similar trip to the family, but how will my little brother be able to make a trip if he doesn't understand anything from the guide and sees nothing through the windows, how will my dad feel, pressed in such very narrow chairs and possibly still seated next to a stranger?
