Incompetent employee
Hello! Today at the Mola branch I would like to add a grandmother's account to my bank account. Employee Signe Orbidne made changes. Checking the changes at home found that nothing was added. Calling the bank, it turns out that the employee did everything the other way around, added my account to my grandmother's account. Now I have to go to the Mola branch with my grandmother again to fix everything. A grandmother and a sick leg are difficult, she has to waste time simply because of an incompetent employee. I have now lost confidence in ScandinavianBank's employees in the performance of their work on transactions that are important to me. If its Signe Orbidine was an apprentice, why wouldn't one stand next to her if she didn't understand what she was doing? I am very frustrated and angry about this case!
