very late delivery time

04.11.2018 Our company paid for the delivery of chairs 1.Shop. From December 5-8, the goods were not delivered (although it was agreed within 1 month), every day 1.Shop made reservations about why there is no delivery. It was only on December 9 that we received an order that caused a lot of stress because we were waiting for guests from Nigeria and already thought that if there were no chairs in the office, it would be a shame
