Due to the recent Govt lock down started today and not able to go out unless essential services I have discussed with the host and happy for the full refund I need your help process the full refund
One day before reservation was accepted by airbnb and host and day later they told me its not avail. I need immediate refund so I can look for another house.
They have an old obsolete email for me which I cannot get rid of. They say it’s for security reasons, but they have verified my identity. User’s recommendation: Good luck trying to get help from airbnb!
