Receipt of items / small package
I received an invitation from the Australian Post to receive a small package... when I arrived at the post office, I filled in an application for my personal data and paid for services 1. 23 AU$, but a package unfortunately failed to receive immediately... it turns out the sender on the order indicated only the name and number, but did not indicate the surname, as a result, I had to wait for confirmation and the second call after the package. Of course, I was confused and did not understand why it is necessary to bring an identity document, if in this case he is not valid at all... but after the passport I can find out the surname of my surname and all the necessary information. The postal worker said that everything would be reviewed in one day, and of course, the next day I went to the mail again and received the same answer... nothing, not confirmed.. orry we can't issue.. It's kind of stupid vnk! On the third day, I received two invitations in the mailbox, one of which had an incorrect name and the order numbers did not match at all... I immediately went to the post office... and this time I was very angry because I received exactly the same as on the first and second day... I just didn't understand the purpose of the invitations. He actually spends money on some old pages, but it makes no sense for him. And what about the employees doing all this? Incorrect information is indicated... the purpose for which the invitations were sent. He actually spends money on some old pages, but it makes no sense for him. The attitude is just awful... to people with little or no yawning and rude... (right in the mail) This system is above all... How can it be done at all? Anyone interested in customers' views on this system? The funniest thing is that money (1. 23) is asked to receive an order, but then it turns out that something does not match and it has to be considered... where has something been seen? I have very much changed my opinion about Australian Pasts and in the future I will probably spare no money and send it home, instead of some kind of mail with such a bard!
