Poor service

Since November 20, there is no message when the product will be delivered, the office cannot be called. The problem has already been reported to the German online store and Itella's parent company, and I hope it will be resolved soon. Unfortunately, I will have to stop shopping in that store, because I will not see those goods with me anyway. It is a pity that Dhl continues to cooperate with them! Better enable others to work!
