A very scary experience. The customer's computer, paying USD 500, promised to return within 2 weeks. It's been this time, I call them asking when they will, say after a week, passed a week and promise again after a week. Eventually I wrote an application for a refund. Last month, no refund. You will probably have to turn to the CRPC to the police for fraud and embezzlement. I do not recommend anyone to send anything from them, all the most serious scammers!
