Poor service and product quality
It happened on January 25, 2017 around 19:00 when I bought a beer that tasted very bad and it wasn't beer fault but the system problem through which the beer is poured. I could feel the metal and some other disgusting taste (when I asked to exchange the beer for another drink, I was refused, saying that with the beer everything was in order, in the end I was given money but with a very disgusting attitude from the bartender (I don't know the name, I had blonde hair). I asked for another drink, I refused, answering something incomprehensible and just walking away. There is a huge problem with the service staff, to call it service staff is too much, gopnik gang.
