Incompetence, poor service

I decided to go to the option to order glasses, because as a large assortment, there is something to choose from. Since the diopters are big for me, the glasses cost a little over 200eur, I immediately mentioned that I was wearing aspherical lenses. Two weeks later I went to take off my glasses and even then there was a lot of discomfort and pressure in my eyes, but the consultant with the optometrist said that you will get used to it. Ok. I wore it for a week - my head ached, I could see badly, it was impossible to drive behind the wheel, then I went to find out why? For half an hour they both searched for documents, recipes, looked at something on the computer and whispered, then I already started to offer variants and came to mention, maybe they are spherical lenses. It turned out, however, that they are spherical! So can not answer "professionals" why it is,then I was still faced with the question of money, because the spherical ones cost twice less than the aspherical ones. Namely, call the director and offered to replace the lenses for free. A week later the lenses came, I had to drive to hand over the frames, the consultant was informed; then after two days he was ready, I went after the next day and then started again, the vouchers are not common, the situation is the most dilute, something searching on the computer, whispering, colleagues did not leave any message, but the glasses returned. I immediately asked if they were aspherical - yes yes yes. I have been wearing glasses for almost two months and there is also discomfort, it is uncomfortable on the illuminated street in the evening, it is difficult to drive behind the wheel. I can see better in old glasses. New ones are suitable only for this - to walk around the house. Not once apologizes, but it does not matter. I do not recommend this optic.
