Poor service

The employee does not offer to use the discount card. Not quite responsive either. Only after making the purchase I am informed that it would be more advantageous with the maxima card. Why not say before paying? To the question you should not advise in the past can only smile and be silent. Not even sorry. Then you didn't even have to say it.
