The parking lot at Vienibas gatve 113 is located opposite the large center, where various companies are located. I was convinced that the accommodation is intended for visitors to this business center (because there is nothing else around there!). Everyone thinks "legally" the other cheat. Penalty 35 dollars for 5 minutes of standing! First of all, usually the penalty for non-observance of the sign can be imposed ONLY by the traffic police. We had a sign at the workplace "allowed to stand only with the permission of xxx" and to punish those who are without a permit, called the police! People, don't pay these scammers a penny!
