Agero abandoned me 10 miles out in the middle of nowhere with a town that is a major hub trucking and services in eastern Washington. They took 22 and a half hours to actually dispatch a tow truck to me and I had to talk to them 10 times and each time what they said…

NEED PAYMENT ASAP

WAITING ON MY MONEY PO 13458**** JERRYS WRECKER SERV POB 185 YEMASSEE SC 29945 PHONE 843 589 **** MAILED INVOICE 2 TIMES I CANT GET ANYONE TO TALK ON THE PHONE I HOLD FOR HOURS.WRECK CAR AND STORAGE AND TOW TO DEALER WHEN YOU APPROVED IT.JERRY COOK
They took 3 hours to pick my vehicle. Then they took my vehicle band dropped off at a reapir shop, and left it there unlocked. I contact the repair shop and they said they don’t have my keys !!! WTF !! User’s recommendation: Don’t ever use this *** company.
Put a complaint in and still waiting for resolution Could not even get through and they lied to my insurance company saying they called me back and they did not
I called 8 times and the voice message says they’ll return my call in 1 business day. They do not do that or respond to e:mails. I have a claim number and it’s been over a month with no correspondence. I’m currently on hold and it’s been 45 minutes with no answer. User’s recommendation: Do your job.
