Terrible service
Today my husband and I had lunch at a restaurant in Tokyo City. The waiter who served us was quite rude and intolerant of both his clients and his colleagues. To the clients, that is, to me and my husband, when he heard it, he allowed himself to make all kinds of remarks both to the newly arrived clients and to his colleagues. As there was little free space and there was not much choice to sit near the door, it was really very cold and it caused discomfort not only to our tables but also to other tables, but unfortunately they had no other choice. I placed an order and noticed that the table at the window (very far from the entrance door) was free. I asked the waiter if we could change seats, but I was told that everything in this company is in line and there are people who have just arrived and are waiting,when the table became vacant and they had a preference, while the company's internal rules were popularly explained to me, the women at another table, who was also neatly near the door, sat at the free table without any request, and I didn't notice that anyone had reprimanded them.. Customers who were looking forward to the entrance door waiting for the table were sat there even at the SALT door! I brought drinks, I ordered tea with honey, I brought only tea, I had to ask the waiter to ask for honey again. Even after repeated complaints about the coolness, I didn't expect the opportunity to move elsewhere. Dessert - fried ice cream in tempura dough brought already cooled. It was not possible to find napkins in this catering company at all, nor did I understand whether it was a total economy, a mockery of customers, or the cardinal questionable internal rule of the company... I thinkthat I won't visit this place, even if I only pay for one when ordering three servings.
