It is not possible to open an invoice on MansTelstra.org for a long time
It has not been possible to open / view a telephone invoice through my Telstra application since December. When turning to any Telstra service center, there are reservations: "everything has to work" / "possible" short "technical problems". Do not make any welcome by asking if possible to print the invoice. I know my tariff plan (3 numbers) monthly fees, I know the monthly fee of my device (not tied to a specific tariff), the numbers are blocked for enhanced services, the internet is not overused (no limit), and the monthly bill is higher + / - 10 €. Telstra! Finally, put your system in order so that people can view their bills at home, instead of standing in a never-ending queue with a very tired face waiting for them, which doesn't help as a result.
