Item order number: 4889238 Grandma ordered a semi-automatic washing machine. 8/21/2020 - the ordered product was delivered - washing machine 25.08.2020. - when it was operated for the first time, it was found that it did not comply with the contract - it misses the water (it is not really clear where, but it is somewhere from the inside). 8/28/2020 - when contacting 110.shop by phone, it was said that the product must be delivered to the service for inspection. 8/29/2020 - by repeatedly contacting 110.shop stops and pointing to Section 28, Clause 9 of the RTD Law that the product is more odorous than 10 kg, I received information that the courier will pick it up. 8/30/2020 - the product was handed over to the courier with an application (according to the 110.shop operator's recommendation) - see the appendix. Currently, 110.shop representatives repeatedly indicate that the product has mechanical damage and it will not be repaired and the money will not be returned. However, he refuses to explain what exactly the damage is when he says that it is written in Mexicon. Before handing over to the courier, the washing machine was photographed and was not damaged. The latest information from 110.shop is that there is a mechanical damage to some hose inside the washing machine - therefore they do not repair and do not return the money. I am currently trying to sort this through CRPC. I do not recommend 110.shop to anyone, because there are a lot of disappointed people in the circle of acquaintances - from the inconsistency of the product to saying one but giving another paper to sign. Be careful if you sign or guarantee something.
