Contempt for customers
When ordering to your home, you specify the exact delivery time. Calling the company after 1.5 hours, the administrator indicated that the customer's kitchen had been preparing and delivering for 15 minutes. The order was brought by the total after 2h and partly. The courier's action surprised even more. Knowing that the order was not fully completed by default, I sensed that it was planned to receive payment and half of the order to bring peace of mind when it is convenient . So before we want to make sure that everything has been delivered, the courier finally announces that the order is not fully completed... After the company has taken place, the phone call did not answer... This is not the first time that we are dissatisfied with this company, but we will be last.We don't recommend it to anyone.
