poor service

We are rarely in San Jose. If a couple of years ago it was pleasant to spend time and eat deliciously, then in August, in a half-empty pub, after waiting 20 minutes, neither a menu nor drinks were served. If you already feel so rich, then of course it is not worth paying attention to customers. I will not drive anymore. I want to be a welcome guest.
