Warranty Service
I do not recommend shopping at AZ Electronics stores, as there is a very unpleasant experience with this company's warranty service and the attitude of the store staff towards customers. In April 2019, I purchased an electrical product for which I found a defect after the second use. The product was accepted for warranty repair, called to have it repaired, but at home I found that the defect has not been eliminated at all. I took the product to the store and so far it has not been repaired - today it was not even inconvenient to show me the old part and claim that it has been replaced with a new one.
