In the true sense of fraud

I would like to complain about it when I have been for a long time it is when I top up the internet for me don't go to the certificate or I have connected to the internet subscription per week + but the internet does not go just an add-on I sent to connect to the internet for 1 € 40 1gibyte I get a certificate when I have internet + a week but 3 € time to switch to another network as so far I have been faithful entertained only your Internet service and use your services for some 10 years but is now more in doubt.
