Never received socks and doesn’t respond to calls/e-mails

Ordered $83 worth of socks six weeks ago and never received them. Don’t respond to calls or e-mails. No refunds even if socks are not received. Misleading size chart, no refund policy

I will never buy from this company again, and I would advise others to buy elsewhere, even if you have to pay more. My experience consisted of the following: 1) Long wait for order. I ordered a L/XM size, but received a S/M. The recording on their phone line says their phone system is “down.” Repeated e-mails are not replied to. User’s recommendation: Customer service is terrible.
