After 10 working days, I wrote and asked how to proceed with the order, I received an answer that the delivery of the goods is delayed and a new date is set after another 8 working days, of course I did not inform anyone about such a delay, which suspected me of fraud complaint. en portal or not similar already reported about this company and reading a total of 26 complaints, all with the same progress.Then I wrote to 4pc.info that I canceled the order and want a refund, which after 3 days I received an answer with questions, what amount I want to receive on an account, etc., which clearly indicates fraud and time dragging, because all the information is available to them about my order and logging in to the buyer's account on their website in the section my orders, but in this way they get days, because when I finally receive confirmation that my refund application has been received and the refund process has started - execution is promised within 3 to 10 working days, gaining from the purchase and payment of money together for a full month! Well, of course, there is no money even after these 10 working days, plus a statement has been posted on the website that "Due to technical reasons, the online store 4pc.info is closed until 30.10.2020"!Of course, you can't call and emails don't respond...
