Fraud

I placed an order on the website 11.09 and paid for it at intenet / bank. I still haven't received the product. Many phone calls have never been answered. Emails are sometimes answered. I asked for the money back, promised to repay it within 3-10 days, but I still haven't received the refund. I will contact you at CRPC tomorrow. I also advised other victims to call them and not just write a complaint here, because a bad review on this page doesn't really change anything.
