Don't want to place orders

Friday afternoon. I assume that employees do not want to place orders. Because when calling and placing an order, you have to wait 1.5 hours, when calling after 15 minutes, you have to wait for 2 hours to get the sushi on the spot. Afraid to imagine how long delivery takes. Given that the site only works on a take away basis.
