Returning Shoes too big

Metallic Shoes 9 wide Purchased 6/18/21 Returned 7/21/21 misplaced label to return however returned through USPS paid postage to return to DMG. Cant get confirmation of why I was only for one return when I sent back two. I have been texting and emailing for months now. User’s recommendation: Stay away!
