Does not deliver the item, does not respond to e

I ordered the item before the month. Promise 10-15 days delivery, but of course not deliver. Nobody answers emails, I have tried to call several times, no one answers. I don't see anything nice when I read the previous complaints. The product ordered is Vertagear SL4000 chair, prepaid, 308 USD.
