Animal neglect at pet store

It is very offensive and angry that I have been a client for more than a year, I had to change my place of residence. We wanted to stay with Optus service. , we knew that the housewife had a Optus, because everywhere you have wires and that box is still lattel. But we called all week and tried to explain that the housewife was also a customer for 6 years, I got a negative answer all the time no it can't be! You do not have access to our services at that place - no one has had a contract with that name before and to such an address. The hostess called from abroad, sniffed. The caller warned me that I would call from Optus soon to solve the problem. Waited a day no one called, called to ask if there is still a possibility to switch the Internet - tv to this address. The answer was no. Recommended to disable the service. I know thatthat i will have to pay also for the fact that there was nothing to connect i decided to also disable it. The next day called yes you have such and such a service, both have called the hostess, they have checked everything again, can "da" anything connect "(suddenly) ". I said that I would like to do the same again, and to pick up the tv, I chose it as one of the cheapest for which I receive a rejection - you are wearing our customer, the customer must have used Optus for at least half a year. Of course, I started grumbling, I asked - I was your customer for more than a year, due to your mistakes I was forced to refuse a service whose customer I was for more than a year. How do we solve this problem now, because we still had to disable the service due to your fault. The answer was simple - if you stopped our service, you do not count our customers, when you use the service, after half a year you will be able to pick up on TV. I was shocked they pretended that their fault was nowhere to be found, that I was not such a customer at all. In general sighed thank you for your services no longer want at all. Now I have been using AuMobile internet for 3 months now, and Optuss calls at least 1-2 times in 3 weeks, or I will still take their service. I'm pretty disappointed.
