Lack of language
When I went to the salon at the beginning, everything seemed OK, I found out how long it would take to get my daughter's hair in order and went to my works. Arriving after the child, I asked what the hairdresser said, but the child replied to me "I did not understand because I was spoken in Italian". As far as our child does not understand this foreign language, I asked the administrator who and how, but instead of answering, I got to listen to a lecture on not knowing the Italian language. I felt like a beaten dog. Then the question arises, how many professionals work here? I have never encountered such service before! It is very sad that the requirements for the state language are not required when starting work, and "Sufferers" are clients who pay quite a lot of money!
