Defective and not delivering a new one

I'm shocked - I ordered speakers - I got it, but it's defective! I immediately contacted 220, advised to take a picture and send a photo to [hide] @ 220., Which I did! that I would turn to the police and also without taboos, then the reaction was amazing - I received 6 calls, but the refund is possible only in 5 working days! Sad, pathetic... ads happen, but no quality! In addition, I wanted to surprise my child with a birthday present..... sad!
