BORA SPED requires freight from the Netherlands . The cargo had to be picked up by a certain date and given all the information that was known about it (weight, number, pictures) as well as the fact that the cargo had to be loaded by itself (car lift). We receive a reply that it is possible and a price offer of 145 USD + VAT, for which an order form-contract was signed. The cargo was not loaded on the specified day under the pretext of loading problems. After a week of long correspondence with the manager Kelvin Kopanuk, as well as a telephone conversation with the head of the company Sergei Konozenok, the result was as follows:the transportation price had increased to 190 USD + VAT and I decided to ask questions about loading the cargo myself (BORA SPED representatives did not succeed). Realizing that there could be various misconduct, I agreed to their offer. However, after a week the cargo was not delivered, and now the price for the delivery of the cargo was named 300 USD + VAT. In cooperation with this company, we have lost: - 3 weeks from the promised delivery term; - USD 150 additional costs to the shipper for forcible transfer of cargo to another warehouse due to delayed loading of cargo; - your time and costs for international negotiations because I was abroad. As a result, BORA SPED did not fulfill its promises (there was a contract), was not able to solve the loading problems (for which it was warned) and in the end resulted in multiple price increases. and unreliable operations on the part of the manager and the management of the company.
