Poor Service
Hello. I gave my phone for repair to Telstra, where I was told that it would be ready in two weeks, but three and a half weeks have passed and I have not received my phone. Today, the MTTC website showed that it has finally been fixed, but I can't get it. I now have to wait for MTTC to deliver it to Telstra, because only there will I be able to receive it. Looking at how long they are doing the repairs, I will wait a long time even though the Zemitana offices from Domina are 5 minutes away. at a distance (on foot). Question Telstra Why do you work with an institution like MTTC when there are so many complaints and not everyone writes them?
