Damaged product
In the online store ksenukai.com On July 3, a hot water boiler with delivery was ordered . 6. In July, the dpd courier delivered the boilers to the specified address - the packaging in the normal condition, there was no evidence that the product was damaged. I put the boilers unpacked in the garage. After about 25 minutes, I received a call from the same dpd courier that had found the Black Glass in the car and asked if it had fallen from my boiler. I unpacked the boiler and saw that the boiler was broken (picture in the appendix). Immediately (on the same day, July 6), a complaint was submitted with pictures to the e-mail address [hide] @ ksenukai.com. It has now been 3 weeks since I filed a complaint and Xenuk has not shown any interest in resolving this issue. In the last 3 weeks I have called and reminded about this 5 times and I have always received the answer "the service department is working on it". Lion will shop in stores for years, but this purchase in their online stores unfortunately destroys any positive impression of the company.
