Watch what you buy without getting caught
I want to focus on the goods you receive. Be sure to check and check when you receive your purchase to see if the package has already been opened before you. My experience with this store is that I bought a wireless keyboard that later turned out to be in an open package and didn’t work at all. There was an opinion that it was either taken from a store as a scrap or from a workshop with the aim of "pushing" someone. I responded to it the very next day (14.02.2020) by submitting it back with the claim application (it is mandatory to request signatures on receipt on your copy) for the defect and refund. Do you think I got my money back? No, after 10 days I did not receive a written answer, I called to find out what was happening, I promised that the responsible person would call me back.I waited a week to call back, called again, now I received a request to scan my application and send it to them. Again an "0" emotion, again a call from me and again a promise to answer soon (which drags on to this day). This is my experience with this store. I've now handed over everything to the Consumer Protection Center.
