Fraud

We used to buy goods in this online store, and there was no problem. But this time, ordering 2 pieces of 12tb drives (amount 509 USD), we concluded that the legal entity that sells under the name of the store has changed. This happens regularly with online stores. However, it turned out that these were fraudsters. Delivery was promised within 10 days of payment, which did not happen, nothing was also reported as a delay. When we asked where the product was, the answer was that delivery was delayed. When almost 2 months passed, it was not possible to ask where the product is, there were no announcements. We understand that the product will not be delivered, we ask for a refund. A refund request form was returned to fillers and senders. A notice came that the money had been refunded within 10 days. It has been 3 weeks now, the money has not been refunded, we have not received any explanation. We are currently handing over this case to a debt collection company, as it is not possible to leave such an action without consequences.
