Terrible service, promised to serve an hour ago

We've been sitting for two hours waiting for someone to serve us. We addressed the employees twice, the answer is one - we will come immediately. 40 minutes have passed and no one has come to us. We hope that if we are served with food, we will be able to compensate for our spoiled day.
