The bank has already become increasingly African. A few years ago I signed a loan agreement in foreign currency - in US dollars, account and loan payments in US dollars. After that, this "bank" completely liquidated the work with cash. There are so-called "ATMs" left, only paper in USD can be deposited in them. Theoretically, US dollars can be deposited, but in practice those ATMs do not accept foreign currency, except for some denominations that no one in the world uses! In fact, there is a legal obligation to pay the loan to the bank, but the bank forbids accepting money! This is done to make people buy non-cash currency from the bank, paying at an unfavorable exchange rate, which does not correspond to the market. The most interesting thing is that the acceptance of currency in those machines was deliberately turned off, because as soon as this possibility existed. Deliberate and Shameless Fraud!
