On the third day I went to the store again. This time it was served by a man. He said that the situation would arise without anyone knowing anything. After the talks, I could already judgethat the employee is aware of the situation, but also said that he would look for its details and call later. Of course, did not call. The signature is no longer answered. In short, I no longer know how to deal with the solution to the problem.
