Fraud, poor service.
At the end of the contract with Oceancom Ltd. and evaluating their new offer, I decided not to renew the contract with them, which I received both by phone and in writing - using section of their website for communication with customers, informed. Nevertheless, I continued to be billed for the alleged service and now at the highest possible subscription rate. All these actions on the part of Oceancom Ltd. can be described as attempts at fraud and extortion. Now they have handed over the extortion function to Pty. Intrum Australia, Reg. No. 40203088409 who have started sending threatening letters about the alleged recovery of my debt. I think I am not alone in this situation and will turn to ptab and if I get there, I am ready to sue. These irregularities must end once.
