Terrible service, and bad food.
We arrived at Tokyo City Restaurant on Terbatas Street and were greeted with simply terrific service. we sit on drinks alone for about 40 minutes. While waiting in the whole restaurant we spent about two and a half hours, more than two thirds of which we spent waiting even though the restaurant was only half full. What's the point of having such a large restaurant if you can't serve even half a full restaurant normally? We weren't the only ones the waiters ignored or ignored, we could count four other tables in sight only, who sat waiting for as long, if not longer, than we did, receiving nothing... Every 10 minutes someone comes and puts something on the table one by one. , but the whole process is so fragmented. It is almost impossible to get the attention of any waiter, everyone walks around and looks busy, although you can also see that a large part of the table is just sitting and waiting. It took 40 minutes before we ordered the drinks, and we received them with the ice almost completely melted, which means that they sat on the counter for a good 15-30 minutes before someone decided to bring them to the table. Later, after waiting for another good time, we received sushi. Wasabi and Ginger were terribly dry. wasabi could hardly be felt at all and the ginger looked so horrible that it didn't even look after anything to put in your mouth. In the end we got the main dish, which didn't look close to what was shown in the picture... the chicken dish it was written on, but comparing the picture with what you get can't even laugh an exaggeration... the chicken was almost non-existent, even though falls out of the plate.
