On August 21, 2020, I parked a vehicle in the parking lot of CityParking America near the store TheMall in Ģiensgenskalns. I can't go to the store where the car number must be registered, when a penalty voucher of 25 USD has already been affixed to the window. Beware, Oskars Engevars, a blind vehicle, for which the technical inspection is about to end (or also parameters known to itself), quickly puts a penalty receipt and on the slips itself.
