I have a pay period coming up and I cant access the payroll. Can you please help me resolve this small issue.
ADP is the worst Ive ever dealt with. You absolutely can not speak with a live person. Judging from the overall score it looks like most people have had the same experience or worse. Im only giving 1 star rating because I cant give less than that. User’s recommendation: Don’t bother.
ADP actively avoids employees of companies/clients with no direct support to resolve issues/concerns with payroll, and 401k. so now I can not create a password because system keeps denying me saying it not strong enough? Is there anything else this company can screw up because I have never had an issue using my password that made up and then being denied for 2 hours this has been going!!!
