Warranty Repair

Hello! I see that there are already enough complaints about this institution, and I have had one (about AZ Electronics, MK Trade). My husband ordered a G388F Galaxy Xcover 3 mobile phone online, and after a few days we realized that I could not be called from time to time. The phone gets a "squeak" and no one can call me anymore, as soon as I try to call someone myself, the phone starts working, and for a while I can call me again. In this way, I "chuckled" for several days until we took us to the warranty repair (the mobile operator is not at fault, because everything is fine on another phone). After ~ a month (maybe a little less) the news came that the test was done, no defects.But even after this check, everything continued, again no one can call me from time to time. Now the phone has been repaired three times, and for the third time everything is in order, the money is not going to be returned, the product will not be changed. Baaaa! And what do I do with such a bug? I understand that they don't care, I understand that they are not worried about their bad reputation. Tired of carrying their phone for repairs, no sense, just nerves dead. The only attempt yet is to go to the CRPC; probably on Without Taboo, if I don't get anything, then at least let more people find out about this "office". PS I understand that they "spit" that they are less than one customer, but I still do not intend to shop with them, and I will advise all my acquaintances and friends not to do so.
