CLOW'S SUIT
At the end of October, I removed a cleaned suit and linen from IRVE on Sunview Street. As a customer of this institution for 10 years without any claims to the service, this time I did not check whether there is a MANS suit under the film. At home in the wardrobe and just before Christmas, in the wolf field and... I saw that the jacket is not from my suit, but from a stranger. Other color and size 2x larger. I immediately to the IRVI, I say, so and here, see some pants, see some jacket. The hostess says, now it happens to be temporary for a while, maybe the other one who has my jacket (2 months have passed) will apply. Okay, look forward to it, but patience will go to the end and write a claim for an incomplete suit and claim compensation for the value of the suit. As it turns out, some point in IRVEs indicates that a claim for the number of products issued is accepted only at the time of ordering... As if already guilty, I did not check. But 10 years of service experience means nothing more. I was already known there as my own, I was not asked for my surname, but now - there is no basis for my application. As if I figured it all out! So that every time people receive products, they need not only to count them, but to unwrap each one, to check if there is a spot left uncleaned, because if you find it at home, you will not prove anything. And I will give this - a clown suit - to IRVEI for fun! In the end, it's not about money, it's about attitude. Well, I don't have the check to show, but they have a copy in the archive, such documents have to be archived. And what can it be about the attitude towards the client... NEVER GO TO THE COURSE - NEVER!
