Hello! I have been annoyed by the problem with Telstra internet since January. I have an infinite internet of students who went to 4G all over Australia last year, but now I have internet going to either H or E who and when I start using 4G internet he doesn't charge me anything. For the first time I noticed a problem in Darzciems, Ape region and 3 months ago I called Telstra damage phone where I was told when I needed to change some settings and I changed them and then I was told when maybe your house has too thick walls (in this house I use 4G internet for about 5 months since I connected to the internet) or due to the weather (yes then I poured rain as with buckets) and I was made to wait until the weather subsided and I waited... but now all summer is hot, sunny but I got to August 27 and my 4G internet has not returned either. What shall I do? I hope to have my good internet back with this complaint, which I have been waiting for for at least six months.
