Once again, I will complain about working conditions and the treatment of employees. All the positive attitudes that can be found on the Internet about this institution and the work in it are definitely written by the administrators of the institution (who, incidentally, are unimaginably numerous and deal with the fact that they represent active workers for everything imaginable.) The last whim is this that we must be in the hall 24 hours a day - we must not sit down or let God talk to the security guard. 6 in the morning checks are sent, for which the story is separate. I am sure that such "inspections "are often carried out by one of the oldest administrators by sending their mom. Probably a game for its mom for branded money, a money you see now by the way lacks pay pay and pay cuts. A administration goes to encashments with 4 machines 5 people - separate collectors, security guards, administrators and auditors - those big people can't sit in one car... I have been working for the company for almost 5 years and I am used to it. I used to hold it because the salary was good. Now there is nowhere to look, there is no other way to work.
