low quality product
I bought a mobile phone in the online store 316, which I will take to the store after seven months. I said that the product does not satisfy the will to return the money, or another product, the store said that it can not they just can pick up the phone for warranty repair. But already having the product under warranty repair said that it was my fault I definitely dropped it. A week later I sent a text message that I could pick up the phone.
