I got banned and I am not sure why, my 7 year old son and I play warzone and modern warfare and got temporary suspension.
My call of duty war zone game will not connect it keeps saying error a required network service has failed or it just keeps disconnecting it. Its been doing this for three days.

Absolutely disgusting customer service and care. You cannot find anyone to help you. Their phones don’t even work. User’s recommendation: Seriously wish I didn’t have to use them. Disgusting customer care.
